A Bad Boss is anyone who manages people in ways that do not bring out their best. If we are going to band together and rid the world of Bad Bosses, we must first adopt the following Zero Tolerance policy for Bad Bosses at all Levels:
- Zero tolerance for bad bosses who make the lives of the people who work for them miserable.
- Zero tolerance for incompetent managers who don’t care about their employees.
- Zero tolerance for out of touch senior executives (including the CEO) who fail to recognize that their employees are their most important resource.
