The Biggest Obstacle in Transforming a Bad Boss Into A Great Boss

The biggest problem we face in the War on Bad Bosses is that most Bad Bosses think they’re doing a pretty good job. I asked one person, who I knew was a pretty Bad Boss–he was very prone to yelling at his employees–to read a copy of Instant Turnaround!
