The Bad Boss Tagging Program Is Being Well Received
Last week, Harry Paul and I attended the Arizona State Conference for the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). This gave us the opportunity to explain our Bad Boss Tagging Program first hand to hundreds of people. Most people gasped with excitement when we explained that if they went to www.bosstrenz.com and purchased a copy of our new book, Instant Turnaround!, we would anonymously send to the Bad Boss of their choice. They gasped again when we read aloud to them the contents of the special yellow tag that would be sent with the book: “You have just been tagged a Bad Boss by someone you know! You need to read this book and make some changes.” The comment we heard most frequently about the program was, “This is the coolest idea ever!”
