It’s Time to Declare War on Bad Bosses!
Bad Bosses are everywhere. They not only make us miserable; they take a huge toll on our physical and mental health. In most businesses, it’s always been a boss’s prerogative to be bad if he or she feels like it and the employee’s role to put up with it. Until now, there has really been no way for employees to fight back—you either had to put up with it or find another job. Harry Paul and I think the time has come for employees in to fight back—to take aggressive action that will transform bad bosses into good ones.
