Bad bosses are those who treat their employees in ways that do not bring out their best efforts. Not bringing out the best efforts of your employees is like leaving money lay on the table at the end of the day. This is bad for America in that it makes our entire economy less productive than it could be. American businesses should produce the best automobiles in the world, but they don’t. Why not?
